We charge a $7.50 min Credit Card Decline Fee for credit card transactions that decline. Please double check your numbers. We ship thousands of packages a week. If we have to call for credit card issues or locked cards to be unlocked it will delay your shipment and will incur the $7.50 decline/missing/locked card fee.

Once we pick up your items from Tyler Grace Auctions, we will pack and ship your items as quickly as possible. If we have any issues charging your card, we will contact you at the information provided. If the information provided is not accurate, we are not liable for not being able to contact you. We cannot store items and will not hold items longer than 7 days, the items will be sent back to Tyler Grace Auctions for relisting and items will be forfeited without a refund.
By submitting the information in this form, you agree to have your card charged for packing and shipping your auction items and storage fees if applicable. In addition, agree to our terms and conditions. We use a variety of carriers and will ship your package and will use the least expensive carrier, unless you have contacted us requesting a different service. Additional charges, including a handling fee of $5.00 to $25.00 will be included in the shipping charge, and any custom packing & materials above and beyond a standard packing need. Detailed billing and receipt will be included with your package along with an emailed copy. If you require expedited shipping please reach out to us via email post@addisoncirclepost.com. By submitting this form you are engaging our services to work on your behalf in picking up, packing and processing your order. In the event we are unable to charge your card for any reason we will try to contact you and a decline fee will be charged, the services that have been rendered need to be paid for and will be collected on, we reserve the right to initiate collections activities and will do so after 30 days of non payment in order to recoup expenses associated with your shipping request and the services that were delivered in good faith that we would be paid upon completion along with other fees and storage costs that start at $10.00 per day.

We will require insurance over $100.00 and signatures for values over $350.00. You authorize Tyler Grace Auctions and Addison Circle Post to share information regarding your auctions items for processing shipping.
